The only thing that was decent was the breakfast. Dated dark room located in a seperate building away from the hotel. The TV was rubbish hardly any channels worked. Spa not open.

The staff are so friendly and helpful it made our stay good. Hotel needs an upgrade as it is not in line with 3 star Breakfast was cold, which was disappointing as I’m sure if it had been served hot it would have been very good.

Staff were excellent in helping out with multiple things. Building is beautiful, but rooms are unfortunately tired. We had to swap rooms due to shower issue - but as said, staff were fab with this. Breakfast good, and our booking (at a sale) was good value for money
