No Pets?

The house is nice. Looks nice, and is. Only problem - listing said no pets allowed. Yet there is a cat door going outside, and another into the garage. A very distinct cat odor. And, our party has members allergic to cats. Within 30 minutes, their eyes were swelling, etc.
