we have stayed here several times and always clean tidy polace to stay. walking distance into bars and restaurants. Staff leave you to it so would defiantly recommend this place to anyone going to whitianga.

A very good place for nice stay. Everything was fine. Unfortunately there were a bunch of ants in the room which we could handle. The manager was a helpful and friendly guy. Very relaxed. Anything we had was solved asap. We recommend this place.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was big and it had everything I needed for the night. The space was mostly clean but there we’re definitely places that were missed. I did not see a member of staff until I left the next day and saw housekeeping from a distance. To check in I had to find my name on a list and let myself into the room- the door was wide open. The check in isn’t really an issue but I did have a couple of issues with the bath and there was no one to speak to. The jacuzzi bath that I paid extra for did not work. There was a contact number but I have an international phone and did not want to be charged a fortune to let them know. I checked reception a few times but there was never anyone there.
