Nice and convenient location for the whistler village but in general this hotel is very outdated. The blankets on the bed had red stains all over them so we asked room service to bring new ones which they did but this time they had coffee stains all over it. No smart tvs like most hotels which I dont why they wouldn’t update them since you can find great deals on tvs. Theres also no gym and no breakfast.

Comfortable, clean and convenient-Listel

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Only concern was the bathroom, low toilet and tub, not the usual height. Lovely king size beds, fresh bedding and had a relaxing quiet evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Listel right in the village of Whistler.

The room was provided was on the first floor, not quiet and did not meet the pictures provided at Expedia, very old and moldy smelly place, the receptionist was not nice at all. Called Expedia to cancel and Expedia did not help at all to change the reservation, Very disappointing, being in the foreign country. will Never book with Expedia again.
