Our rooms were tired looking, but relatively clean. Many items not in working order, lamp, safe, stove burner, dishwasher.

Vacation at Whistler

Pros: Location and friendliness. They also had onsite parking that was for 24 hours which worked out well.
Cons: It is showing a little wear and tear due to it's age and overall use.
Location: We went to one of the lakes and watched the seaplanes.
The hotel location is idea since it is right in the middle of everything. The property is a little older but well maintained. The front staff were very helpful and printed out our ferry reservations for the next day. They also had a lot of good information. There were a lot of biking options both downhill and leisure and they were very accommodating to the bikers.

Hotel in great location of Whistler Village!

The hotel location is an awesome location. When we checked in, the lady forgot to tell us that there’s a free shuttle to the area so we miss taking advantage of exploring the area. Having a toddler with us, that would be nice to ride on. The staff people especially Ebony and Haley are wonderful, friendly, and sweet. The only thing we wish that the hotel door are not so loud. We can heard when people open and close their door since it’s older hotel. It does need to have an upgrade inside the hotel. The location of this hotel is wonderful. It’s next to grocery store, liquor store, bunch of restaurants, coffee cafe and shopping stores. If you decide to take the shuttle from the Vancouver, the drop off location is very close to this hotel (short walking distance). The location is in the heart of Whistler!!! We had a great trip to Whistler.

On Fri and Sat night was very loud outside room until 3am both nights with people partying and screaming loudly from nearby bar, when checking in we were told a 10:00 noise ordinance enforced, clearly not the case as this went on both nights until the wee hours of the morning.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you were kept up by outside revellers when the bars had closed. Unfortunately this is the only downside of our very central location in Whistler Village. In regards to the noise curfew; that is in relation to other guests within our lodge. We don't have any control over people's behaviour in the street I'm affraid. If you would like to stay again please request a room on the 'quiet' side of the building. We have rooms that don't overlook the village and this can be very helpful in drowning out night time village noise. Regards - Ebony, Supervisor.

Great location

Pros: Location.
Location: Movies, bars, restaurants, shopping and skiing.
We wanted a hotel within walking distance of the ski lifts and restaurants. The location was great, lots of restaurants, stores and a movie theater all near by. The best part was it wasn't too far to walk to the Gondola with all your ski gear. The hotel also kept the skis downstairs for us which was nice.

Attentive staff, very convenient location

Cons: It would be nice to have room decoration updated and reflecting more natural light
Front desk staff was very helpful with recomendations that were to the point. Special thanks to Petra, she gave us great advice on activities that we enjoyed a lot! Kitchenette was fully equipped. Location in the Village was excellent with plenty of options at walking distance.

We stayed for two nights. 1st the room did not have a table and chairs . If you want eat  you have to sit on the couch .  We asked them to clean the room the next day and went out. When we came back, the room wasn't tidy as it was the first day, the washroom towels were on the sink counter untied, washroom supplies were short, no napkins
