The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the evergreens as you step into a calm forest-side retreat, where the warmth of an indoor fireplace welcomes you after crisp days on Whistler’s slopes. Snow settles quietly outside the windows, creating a peaceful backdrop for slow mornings, relaxed evenings, and time spent reconnecting with family and friends. With ski access available via the Village Run trail during the season, your days begin and end surrounded by the quiet charm of the Benchlands.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and large windows shape a comfortable gathering space on the main level, where seating is arranged around the indoor fireplace for movies, board games, or unwinding after the mountain. Natural light enhances the forest views by day, while snowfall brings a sense of calm in the evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing home-style meals, supported by ample counter space and a layout that keeps everyone connected. The dining table seats eight beside tall windows, making it easy to linger over breakfast before the slopes or share dinner as the forest grows quiet outside.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse hosts up to eight guests across four distinct sleeping areas. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, cable TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bath, another includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as two twins, and the den provides a tri-bunk bed well suited for children or additional guests. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves this level, along with a powder room on the main floor.



Outdoor living

Winter feels especially serene on the forest-view deck, where the private hot tub provides a warm place to rest beneath the open air. The entryway offers space for skis and winter gear, and both a private garage and driveway make parking straightforward throughout the season.

You’ll have reliable WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private entrance for added ease. Essentials such as linens and towels are provided, and home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Set in the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, the townhouse offers seasonal ski access via the Village Run trail. The Benchlands location provides a peaceful forest setting with convenient proximity to Whistler’s lifts, dining, and winter amenities.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Condo and Location

This renovated condo was great. Modern finishings, super comfortable furniture and beds and very short drive to Whistler/Blackcomb villages. Short walk to ski hill also. Check in/out and communication with the property manager was super smooth. Only nitpick is the hot tub appears to be from pre-renovation and feels a bit tired - it also didn't seem to be filtering all that well.

Beautiful townhouse and the management company is very responsive. We were dissapointed that it is NOT Ski in Ski out as listed. It is more like walk 100 - 200 yards on an iced out road in the morning to the ski in ski out location.

This is a lovely property for a getaway with family or friends. The beds were super comfortable, and the pictures of the place are very accurate. It's completely renovated. The kitchen could have used some simple seasonings like salt/pepper, etc but otherwise well equipped. It's a short but steep walk to the village. Thanks for a great stay!
