Sleeping arrangements
The lower-level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Nearby, the second bedroom includes a king-split bed with access to the patio and a bathroom offering a deep bathtub and shower combination. Upstairs on the main level, a third bedroom with a tri-bunk (double and single) and two large beanbag chairs sits beside a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
