This end unit condo is a short walk into town and riverside, where you can stroll to shops, restaurants, etc. You have your own outdoor patio space, underground parking space, and can even hear the concerts from the Pavilion across the river.
The beach is a short drive (or bike ride) away, and renting this unit allows you to purchase resident only passes to park at the beach, use the oceanside pools, book the golf course, tennis courts, the list goes on. Note: American leather pullout bed is very comfortable, but can be swapped for regular queen bed on request. Living room sofa is also a pullout for occasional guests.
