Cozy Cottage
Great little place perfect for our weekend getaway to cape cod. Location is perfect and very close to ferry terminals so taking an excursion to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard was a snap!

A little piece of heaven!

Awesome Summer Cape Experience
This was the perfect property for our short, but awesome, Cape Cod summer experience. The property was exactly what we expected, PLUS more. The owner covered every detail that a guest may need, snacks for the hungry traveler, glassware for wine or champagne, a Keurig machine stocked with K-cups; explicit instructions for everything from operating the TV to parking to how to lock the door to how to check-out. One of the nice surprises was a wireless speaker that we could connect our phones to stream music. The property was very clean, comfortable and really provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal - centrallly located, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of summer traffic, it provides a pleasant, cozy and quiet abode.

If you are looking for a beautiful space, in a quiet setting, with an easy walk to the beach… look no further. We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our host was very responsive and timely for the few questions we had. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Close to beach and lots of attractions
BEACH! Was clean and litterally 5min outside your door. Views were SPECTACULAR, seaBreezes & birds all great!! Umbrella, chairs towels!! If you are looking for space..this one isnt for you. IF you want sleep thats out too. Neighbors were very loud after ten and so much for noice ordinance, NO NOISE after ten, fireworks on beach and right outside the great room window IN the complex. Directions for things in condo (a/c, had no idea where pillows were, had to go and buy some, TV when she says NO Cable she means it we coundnt even get the news or weather, no stove made cooking difficult, and the grille isnt very close by, you need to share with the other residents and rain meant no cooking outside. Otherwise it fit my needs, wanted to be on beach and i got that, next time i will bring more money because cooking in is impossible.

Cozy Cottage by the Sea
My husband and I had a family wedding on the Cape and decided to get a little place for ourselves instead of a hotel. This location did not disappoint! The kitchen was fully stocked, right down to a Keurig w/Pods. The bathroom was plenty big with great water pressure in shower. Three steps up and you were in the living room/bedroom. When the Murphy Bed is up, there is plenty of room to entertain w/plenty of seating. When the Murphy Bed is down, there is still plenty of room to move around. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, as was the couch. Parking was easy and just a short walk over the bridge to the beach! Highly recommend!!

Condo was perfect. Small but had everything you could possibly need….lots of kitchen utensils, beach things and generally a lovely place to be. Beautifully decorated with a Cape Cod theme with lovely views of the beach. Barbecue area was used and much appreciated. We feel so lucky to have found such a great place only a minute or two from the beach.
