The perfect family getaway located in South Kingstown, only 15 minutes from Narragansett and 25 minutes from Newport, RI. This home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a beautifully thought out outdoor oasis and a brand NEW hot tub!

Located in a calm neighborhood with a short 15 minute drive to award winning beaches and restaurants. This home has it all from cruiser bicycles, backyard games, and a unique style in each different room you enter. A memorable home to enjoy!

This home comfortably accommodates 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms which features 2 queens and 3 double beds. There is also a futon that pulls out in the bedroom on the bottom floor. There is high speed internet to kick back and relax indoor in the common areas as well.

This house is in a great location to see what Southern Rhode Island has to offer. It is in close proximity to Newport, RI which is less than a 30 minute short drive away. Narragansett & Wakefield, RI is a 15 minute drive away and East Matunuck State Beach is also 15 minute drive away. If you are flying in to enjoy the South County area, you are less than 30 minutes away from TF Green Airport. The house is also right near the Kingston Train Station if you would like to take a day trip to visit Boston or New York City.

Peaceful, relaxing, and plenty of space

House was clean, spacious, and well equipped for a great family stay. We enjoyed the large private fenced in backyard, perfect for the kids. Every room had a TV and a comfy bed. Great location. Will return soon. Thanks for the great stay.
