Amazing customer service

The hotel staff at the reception counter were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back here again.

The property was newer, had a nice restaurant attached. Getting to Kelowna from west Kelowna can take a while, if traffic is bad. Our room had no fridge, as they are completing renos?!!. Beds comfy. Room was not fully cleaned when we came back. Big tv. Had streaming on tv. Overall nice stay.

Booked room thursday for friday. Arived to get our 2 queen woth bath tub to be told its just a family room. Then were offered a upgrade to the presidential suite for 250 a night more. Then told no we cant as its not clean

We arrived and checked in. After viewing the room, we discovered there was no fridge or Microwave installed. After talking to a staff member at the front desk, we found out the hotel had just opened up two weeks prior, and later in the afternoon, we had all the Units installed. We would like to thank the hotel staff for a speedy installation The room is spacious with the newest technology and with super high-tech shower fixtures, I can recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel
