The entire condo is at your disposal - including an in-suite washer/dryer, full kitchen with all the cookware you need, BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king bed and four piece bathroom ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed with a separate bathroom. - No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.

- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
