Welcome to the Lobsta House! This Popular, ranch-style Cape Cod Vacation Rental has casual, coastal interiors, central air, WIFI, and walk to beach! Centrally located in West Harwich, convenient to Belmont Road Beach, Dennisport restaurants and shops, and even yoga! Located only 0.5 mile from Belmont Road Beach, 0.9 mile from Pleasant Road beach in West Harwich and an easy ride to the Bike Trail.

We love that we can take a quick walk to the beach, spread out on the expansive deck or, if the weather is dreary, read a book in the light and bright sunroom. The backyard is perfect for outdoor games and there is a perfect mix of friendly year-round neighbors and vacationers on Burton Ave.

Enter through the front door and leave the worries of the world behind. Enjoy open concept living at its best with hardwood flooring throughout, two living areas - both with large, flat screen TVs (please note that the fireplace is not for guest use), a dining area and an updated kitchen that is fully-equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Everything here is set for your comfort and entertainment. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the casual, coastal feel of this ranch-style home.

Next to the kitchen is an enclosed sunroom with cathedral ceilings. There is a large, flat screen TV ( streaming only) to enjoy or kick back and listen to your favorite tunes through the Bose speakers. There are sliding doors to access the Azek deck with a lovely lounge set, a large umbrella, and a Webber grill - the perfect space for outdoor relaxation and enjoying your favorite libation while the children play on the landscaped, fenced-in yard!

Down the hallway are the three bedrooms and a full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. Beside the bathroom, you'll find the first bedroom with twin bunkbeds and an additional twin bed - great for kids or extra friends. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the fun color choices in this room are sure to make you smile! At the end of the hallway is the spacious primary bedroom which offers a Queen bed, private bathroom with shower and access to the laundry room.

This home offers plenty outdoor space as well. There is a spacious deck, a fenced-in yard and a picnic table for extra dining. Also featured outside is the Cape Cod tradition of an enclosed outdoor shower. Centrally located only 0.4 mile from Dennisport and 2.5 miles from Harwich Port, this cottage offers many close options for family fun such as go-karts, beaches, bumper boats, batting cages, family-friendly restaurants, and mini-golf.
