It was okay. Good for one night pre / post flight. Staff could have been friendly and buffet breakfast and average. We had an early flight and someone told us to be quiet when we were getting organised to leave… I think people should be understanding that it’s an airport hotel so should expect disruptive sleep

The Stamford was a wonderful overnight stsy for us on our way home from Europe to Brisbane. The bed was comfortable and the room soundproof.

The entire experience was good. Would like to mention that lack of bigger lights in the room along with lack of reading light near the bed was a handicap. Otherwise, location, staff, service were all great.

Liked the view of the Airport, while at the same time it was quiet in the room. Good sized room and large bed. We had some difficulty in finding the entrance to the hotel car park.

Our stay was very nice. Check in was super easy. My one complaint would be the cost of buffet breakfast. I felt it was too expensive for what was on option. Otherwise, all in all a good stay.

Such a good hotel when needing to catch an early flight. Easy ten minute walk to the airport. Staff were friendly and room service was very good. Would definitely stay here again when we have a flight to catch.

Check in was efficient, disliked restaurant hard chairs, lighting, food options & the entree squid was rubbery & Prawn entree had no water bowl provided to wash fingers. Outdated overall decor in need of upgrade & re theme. Customers need to know that for breakfast they should be offered barister made coffee. Only scrambled eggs offered no poached eggs offered for made to order.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it however this time around it was lacking particularly in the staff and service area. We used to look forward to visiting the restaurant however this time the service was poor. The reception staff were also not fantastic. Organising a late checkout and then having to return to reception twice - once because key had expired and a second time when the replacement key was not coded correctly was a low light. Convenient but sadly not up to its old standard
