My family and I booked here last minute for a 2 night stay and found it be everything we needed. The location to the interstate, grocery stores, and restaurants was something we greatly appreciated. Finally, the neighborhood is quiet which was a plus for us.

Host was nice and attentive when we first arrived. The hot water was not the best and the kitchen could use more items but it works for a lot pick stay. After the first night my husband started having bites show up on him and itching. We just thought something was bitting him from outside or work. The bites continued to get worse to the point it was on a lot of his body. I eventually started getting bites as well. At that point we looked under the mattress as we didn’t see anything on the sheets and every renters worse nightmare.Home had bed bugs that we discovered during our stay. Host was very dismissive and blamed us like a bed bug infestation happens over night. I immediately contacted customer service and sent the pictures of the adult bed bugs and the eggs and also my husband’s chest arms back and face that are covered in bites. Host has not offered me any refund or a refund for the night she had me pay her via cash app. I understand things happen but saying it’s our fault because you check your houses quarterly is beyond me. Do not rent

The house was not what was described on the site. I did appreciate how quickly the host responded before my concerns but after I asked her about the house and its cleanliness she stopped responding to me completely.

The house smelt like cigarettes, there was used wash rags in bathroom and soap with hairs on it and old vaoes and toothbrushes and razors. The back room smelt like trash from outside and it was not like the listing random things all out laying everywhere.

We had my stepdaughter’s family and graduation with the army and this was only 20 minutes away from the army base so the was good. But I didn’t like the location of the house and it could have been cleaned better! Needs to be updated for the price you pay for two nights,

This was a very clean home. On a quiet street within a few minutes of shopping and eating establishments. Driving time was within 20-25 minutes to Fort Jackson.We were very pleased with our stay. And the owners are fantastic to work with!!

I really want to write a positive review but (nice little house in quiet neighborhood), checking in was a little confusing (house key inside with both back and front doors unlocked) Front door was really hard to open and close. Shower was dirty (hairs on shower wall). Toaster oven was dirty (burnt crumbs), unorganized kitchen. Towels in restroom need to be replaced, covers in bedrooms need to be replaced (Found a underwear tucked between bed sheets). Couldn't find the Roku remote easily. The house is nice but, I guess it's in a process of remodeling. I liked the neighborhood, it's nice and quiet. Please make changes so other families can enjoy without any problems.
