It is a beautiful condo. There was everything you need there to cook, even coffee filters for your morning coffee. The laundry was stocked with detergent to wash clothes, and bathroom with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of paper products for the week as well. The walk to the beach was a little ways but easy. We took advantage of the many beach towels and bus filled with paddle boards, floats and umbrellas. There were a few restaurants nearby we were hoping to try, but they were closed. We bought groceries from the nearby Fosters and grilled fish out on the grill at the condos one night. Other nights, we either rode the public bus or took a taxi. Alfonso was very attentive and checked in with us daily to make sure we were okay. He helped us secure a taxi to the airport on our way out. It was a wonderful vacation with my family. Thank you Boggy Sands Club! We hope to come back soon!

Perfection in Paradise

What an amazing place! Everything was better than expected. Check in and property management team were absolutely amazing the entire stay. The kitchen was stocked with more than we could ever want and since we all enjoy cooking, that’s saying something! The bedrooms and en-suite bathes were amazing. The living room and outdoor dining patio were beautiful yet comfortable. We all enjoyed are stay and will definitely be back, This is the perfect place for a family with children or friends traveling together.

Fabulous Vacation!

We just returned from a fabulous week in the Caymans. Our condo (Parrot 3)in Boggy Sands was fantastic. The unit is accurately depicted in the VRBO listing and met all of our needs. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and plenty of room for our family of 6. The beach club is in close proximity to the unit and was lovely. Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, floaties, paddle boards and kayaks. Ge was a huge help and made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful, crystal clear blue water and great snorkeling just up the way at Cemetery Reef. Alfonso and the Boggy Sands team were a quick text away to address any issue that came up. He had wonderful restaurant recommendations, helped us locate a urgent care clinic and quickly replaced a temperamental blender. We made good use of the nearby grocery and liquor store which were a short walk away. Boggy Sands offers carts and coolers to facilitate shopping trips. We rented a car from the Boggy Sands fleet which was very convenient and much needed as we explored much of the island. All and all, I can't say enough nice things about Boggy Sands. We would definitely stay again.

Boggy Sands is the BEST

My family, friends and I loved our stay at Boggy Sands. The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. It easily accommodated all of us. Alfanso, the property manager, was simply the most accommodating and considerate property manager I have ever encountered. He responded promptly to our questions and checked in with us on a regular basis. The beach was quiet and Ram made sure we had access to stand ups, noodles and other things to use in the water. Being able to walk to the grocery and liquor store was another plus. An A+ experience!

Boggy Sands

We loved the condo and the location. Grocery store and liquor store were less than a 5 minute walk. The condo had everything we needed and even provided a cart to take to and from grocery and liquor store. The private beach was the reason I chose this condo but everything else made it even better. The condo was exactly what you see if the pictures and Runeik, the manager, was very helpful with whatever questions we had. We will definitely choose boggy sands club if/when we go back.

Grand Cayman at its finest

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and it was an amazing vacation. The property was just perfect for what we needed. The condo itself was immaculate with all the amenities needed. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms helped us all stretch out. Washer/dryer in unit was very handy. Having a pool to come to after a day on the beach was a great way to wind down before dinner. And the private beach was so peaceful and amazing. It has plenty of chairs and umbrellas and toys to enjoy in in the water. The water was the bluest we’ve ever seen and so warm. It still cooled you off from the heat. The condo also has coolers to bring to the beach to keep your drinks cold. Ruaneik and the staff took care of us and answered any questions we had. There is a grocery store and liquor just down from the complex and restaurants/shops are a short drive away. Kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook in for a night and even grills by the pool. Morne also gave plenty of suggestions prior to the trip and it helped tremendously. Every meal was exceptional. I highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are visiting Grand Cayman. We definitely will be back. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful escape!

The accommodations were just as they appeared online—spacious, clean & beautiful. We had everything we needed and more within the condo. The supermarket is a block away and the condo has wagons available for use to tote the groceries. The beach is stunning and our kids absolutely loved having all of the beach toys, paddle boards, kayaks, floats, etc for use all day long. Alfonso was very accommodating at the beach and was great with our kids as well. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back!

Fabulous Experience

The property was as fabulous as advertised. The bonus was the exceptional support by the staff. Whenever we needed a car or a boat, Ruaneit was there to make it happen. Alfonso was wonderful with provisions at the beach. It was as if we had our own concierge. Great stay.

The unit was very large and the layout was great to accommodate groups. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay. Pool and private beach areas are great. Location is convenient to town yet more serene than the main SMB strip. Staff was friendly and quick to reply to messages. Will stay again.

Fantastic stay

Staying with a group of friends for a wedding in Cayman and Boggy Sands was perfect for us - we all had plenty of space, the apartment was super clean and had all equipment you would need. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the Best

We come to the Caymans twice per year. First time staying in the West Bay and at Boggy Sands. Powery was the greatest. Weeks prior to our trip they began communicating with us and did throughout the entire stay. The condo is absolutely first-rate. Perfect location and beach.

Vacation in Paradise!!

This trip was nothing short of phenomenal! Morne, Ruaneik, and the crew were amazing to work with! From helping us plan our trip in 2019 for March 2020, then helping us rebook our trip multiple times due to COVID-19 and urgent family matters. Morne was very responsive via email and always replied to any questions right away. Due to a family illness, we were not able to take this trip ourselves, instead our family friends went in our place and had the time of their lives. Here is what our friends had to say about the trip: The Boggy Sands Club has thought of everything. They have rolling coolers, carts, ice packs, and snorkel equipment. The beach is a 2 minute walk. There is a bus on the private beach which has paddle boards, chairs, kayaks, toys, and umbrellas all right there...no hauling stuff! The snorkeling right off the the beach is like being in Finding Nemo! The unit was clean, beautiful and the kitchen had every utensil you would need. The local food was outstanding. WE WILL COME BACK!!

Parrot 3

We all enjoyed our stay in Parrot 3 at the Boggy Sands Club. The unit was nicely appointed with all the lovely amenities we could ask for during our stay. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and living space adequate. We enjoyed the beach access, along with the use of paddle boards and kayaks. The snorkeling just beyond the beach was wonderful! Mr. Powery was easy and prompt with all communication and the property was very clean.

Amazing Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing time in the Cayman Islands and at this property. Michel Powery was absolutely great! He was a perfect host. He gave us great restaurant ideas, made the check in and check out process seamless, and he went above and beyond in helping to make my fiancés birthday celebration an amazing experience. The accommodations were great. The property is in close walking distance from the beach, great restaurants and the grocery store. The pool comes with floating devices and the beach came with standing paddle boards, kayaks, floating gear and fun beach games. Very spacious, beautiful rooms, common area was great for our group and the penthouse was very clean! We will definitely return!

Perfect Condo and Location for 2 Families

We higly rcommend this condo. Our two families (total of 8 adults) stayed in this 3rd floor Boggy Sands condo in their Parrot building for a week (one of 4 buildings in the complex). It’s located in what we felt was the perfect location – in West Bay, which is just north of Seven Mile Beach. We found Seven Mile to be a bit crowded with only high rises and hotels while West Bay has a more neighborhood feel. We thought the condo was perfect for the 8 of us. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 ensuite masters (note one master is large with a huge bathroom and stand-alone tub while the other is average-sized with a small shower-only bathroom), the 3rd ensuite bedroom has 2 single beds and the 4th has 4 bunks and shares the hallway bathroom. There’s a big kitchen stocked with everything you could need for a week, large family room area with a big-screen TV and nice balcony with a big table and cabana lounge. There’s a full-sized stacked washer/dryer off the kitchen. Everything is high-end, feels new and was very clean. The complex’s shared pool is one building away from ours, a short 1-minute walk. The pool is relatively small, but the area is nice with a ton of chaise lounges, a kitchen, 2 cabana-like areas and best of all, a restroom. The beach is about a 4-minute walk from the building. The condo owners joined together in April 2022 to buy a private beach lot which is only accessible by Boggy Sands owners and renters (we think prior to April you had to use the public beach access a little bit down the road). The beach has lots of chaise lounges and umbrellas, with a totally unexpected, but cool old bus that holds all sorts of water toys for everyone’s use (floats, snorkel equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, etc). You can walk to a good-sized grocery store and liquor store. The property managers were very accessible and texted us restaurant ideas and other things to do each day. We had one minor issue with a leaking garbage disposal and they came and fixed it right away. The only negative about the condo that we can think of: despite being the top floor, our condo did not have any ocean or pool views. Not the condo’s fault, but the bugs (mosquitoes and no see-ums) at night are really bad. There were several nice nights where we had to eat inside because everyone was getting bitten. Make sure to bring a ton of bug spray and itch medicine. The rooftop deck on thebuilding was cool, except it was too hot during the day and the bugs were bad at night

Great luxury condo

No detail was spared when adding luxuries to this penthouse. It was just a short walk across the road to the beach. Absolutely loved the place.

Amazing property super close to the beach!!

We stayed in the Parrot 3. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-14). It was incredible. Stocked with high-end kitchen appliances and had everything a person could want. Ruaneik, the property manager, was always available if we had questions. The pristine sand beach was about a 2 minute walk. Paddle boards and Kayaks were available for us to use and we could snorkel right from the beach. Absolutely wonderful vacation!! We would love to come back!

Highly recommend Boggy Sands Club. Just as advertised online, quick walk to the beach and great location on the island. Also, conveniently located to a grocery store, etc. Ruaneik was very helpful during check in and throughout our stay.

Great Stay at Boggy Sands

Beautiful property that has everything you need. The extra beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. made days at the beach very enjoyable. There is world-class snorkeling right out in front. A grocery and liquor store 100 meters away.

Outstanding set up

Visited Grand Cayman with our 5 kids ranging in age from 21 to 9. Boggy Sands was absolutely perfect! The condo is quite spacious and better than the pictures. Snorkeling directly off the beach was outstanding and gear was provided. More adventuresome folks could make the paddle out to the Kittiwake as we did. Kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas ... everything you needed was provided at their beach house. It really is an outstanding value when all the amenities are considered. Added convenience of a supermarket and liquor store right around the corner. We had very high expectations for Boggy Sands and they were easily surpassed!

Absolutely perfect

Top notch property managed by a top notch concierge- Ruaneik. He has a servant’s heart and wants to make sure his guests and well cared for! I want to share a heartwarming story. Our youngest son is completely blind. Ruaneik took to him immediately and even arranged for us to visit a therapeutic horse ranch. Both boys loved their time with the horses. There we met some of the kindest people. The stairs at the condo made it a little difficult for our son, but we will definitely return as the complex is currently adding elevators! Overall the stay was magical. We love Cayman and now we love Boggy Sands Club, Cayman! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Condo

Our stay at Boggy Sands was absolutely wonderful. Lets start with the condo itself because honestly it was my favorite part. There were nine of us (6 adults and 3 teens) and the condo gave us more than enough space. The bedrooms are all a very nice size and none of us felt crowded at all. The living area and kitchen are spot on!! Everyone had a place to sit and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is hands down the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes for inside, but also an entire set of shatter proof for the outside areas at the pool and on the roof top. I can not say enough good things about this unit. Now on to the location. The location is perfect. The beach is quiet even though it is still a part of 7 Mile Beach. Being at the end definitely makes you feel secluded and it was very peaceful and relaxing and the property has several beach items for your use housed in a little building right on the beach. There are several good restaurants near by and you have an endless pantry at Foster's grocery which is basically right next door. We walked there a few times and had no issues. The pool area was amazing and the roof top patio is beautiful! We loved the area around the pool and the provided grills, refrigerator, kitchen area, games and pool floats. Again, well stocked. We didn't really use the rooftop much, but it was gorgeous. The property manager is amazing and is doing a great job at keeping the construction noise and interruptions to a minimum. He was very present, helpful and easy to talk to. One of the best we have met in our many travels. The only thing I would say the condo needs is a good welcome folder with all the information for the condo and property, codes for access to pool area, beach storage, etc. along with information on what is nearby such as restaurants (favorites of the owners is always interesting), shopping, grocery and of course a "things to do" attraction list. We all had an amazing time and would stay here again should our travels bring us back to Grand Cayman.
