The small, only this year (2022) renovated mobile home het kleine Hemeltje on a small holiday island surrounded by water (lake for swimming, boating, relaxing on the lawn) where the family and the dog feel comfortable. The Ijsselmeer with its pebble and fine sandy beaches is approx. 500m away. Swimming, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions. Beach bar on a fine sandy beach about 5 km away. Large antique and flea market within walking distance on Sundays in summer. Sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture just a few minutes away by car, e.g. Medemblik - 5 km - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - or even Amsterdam 60 km. For children there is a large private playground with kiosk within walking distance of our small children's playground on the complex, free admission for Vislust guests. Terrace and many highlights such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railway, swings and much more, which can be used free of charge by our younger guests. Three kilometres away is an indoor swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground in Medemblik - for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. The nearest harbour is in Medemblik - with its historic railway station and dyke with jetty for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity Our manager will be happy to help you plan day trips, e.g. to the island of Texel or the North Sea.The small mobile home het kleine Hemeltje, which was only renovated this year (2022), offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The living room The centrepiece of the living room is the cosy leather sofa with a large TV (including Amazon Prime), suitable for quiet TV evenings. A new stereo system with Bluetooth and USB is available. The house has its own W-LAN. A cosy table is available for communal meals. The bedroom Special attention is paid to the newness of our mattresses. These are of medium firmness. USB ports for charging mobile phones and a socket are integrated in the bedside tables. The double bed has a total area of 1.80m x 2.00m, with two single mattresses 0.90m x 2.00m.In the living room, one person or a child can sleep comfortably on the 1.00m x 2.00m sofa after removing the cushions. The sofa can be pulled out, but is then only suitable for children. There is a pull-out recamiere as an additional sleeping area in the extension. The kitchen The open country house kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-ring gas hob, hot air fryer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, popcorn machine, hand mixer, blender, knives in mint condition, high-quality cutlery and beautiful crockery.Our idea: basic items such as salt, sugar, flour and rice are available in old glass preserving jars and can be refilled when they run out. That way, less is thrown away. The bathroom The stylish, renovated bathroom impresses with a spacious wellness shower and washbasin. The small extension A modern desk is set up in the annex, which you can use with your laptop. Monitor with HDMI (and other connection options), sound system. Do you want to finish your book, pretend to be in a team meeting in your home office or just check your e-mails? Get started. (Cables for HDMI, VGA, DVI, LAN are available)There is also a small wardrobe and a cupboard with tools in case something gets stuck. The existing recamiere can be pulled out into a full-size bed. Garden / Terrace A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace, stone barbecue, various seating options, small sunbathing lawn, deckchairs and a parasol. Lazing in the new beach chair? The lake, the Groote Vliet, with a bathing jetty for cooling off is just a few steps away. Access for guests Laundry roomThere is a communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the front building at the entrance barrier (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management). BoatingYou can hire a boat for short trips from the management.For example, you can sail right into the centre of Medemblik or in the other direction to the Boxwei nature reserve. All waterways are signposted. The boats are licence-free in the size and speed offered. PlaygroundThere is a small, fenced-in playground near the front car park. BathingCommunal bathing area with a small sunbathing lawn less than 50 metres away.The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities (boats and bicycle hire) are also within walking distance. Whether for kite surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing, cycling, hiking or just to lie in the sun - golf & mini golf, everything is possible here. The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in just over an hour, as can the marvellous North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.
