THE VIEWS!

We had a wonderful trip! The listing was accurate. The check in process was quick and easy. Those views!!! I just can't say enough about them! The cabin was so cute. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the couch and recliner were comfortable. We didn't do any cooking inside so i can't say for sure about pots and pans and things like that. But there were plenty of plates and glasses and silverware. We took a grill to cook out, and I also carry my Keurig if the place doesn't have one. This one has a regular coffee pot, i just prefer my Keurig. The air conditioning is a window unit, but it worked very well. The road to get up there is a gravel road, and it was quite bumpy in several places but to get those views it is absolutely worth it. The cows visited us 2 mornings. We have Verizon and had a decent signal. My absolute favorite spot was sitting on the front porch just enjoying the views! Would absolutely stay here again!! to get those views it is definitely worth it!

Beautiful Views

The views of the mountains could NOT have been better!!! Very private place and just right for a couples getaway. The bathroom needs re-wallpapered but it was very clean. I wish the cabin would have wifi and cable/satellite TV. We enjoyed our long weekend very much. Be aware that the last half mile of the road is gravel and not very smooth but to get the kind of privacy the place has I guess that is to be expected.

Anniversary Trip

Loved the Cabin and the privacy that came with it. Only concern we had is the water pressure could be turned up a little bit. Great experience overall. No internet and only a few TV channels. Loved it.

Best Mountain View!

The cabin is amazing, simple, clean and perfect for escaping the everyday grind. The cabin had everything we needed including a comfy bed and a great porch to relax on. We hope to come back again!

Hawk mountain=amazing views

My husband and 2 sons stayed here for a week. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved being at the top of a mountain, on a farm with cows visiting often! The boys loved it. We had a large family of turkeys and plenty of rabbits visit as well. The views were amazing! We were in a central location within 1.5 hrs of everything we were wanting to see and visit. The only dislike we had was the pull out couch. It is ready to be replaced. Luckily we always bring a airmatress with us on every vacation. Maybe a bunk bed with the futon on the bottom would be a good upgrade and better option to sleep 4 people and still have the room. Over all we absolutely loved this cabin and location.

Lovely cabin on the mountain!

Cabin was just the right size wish it had central air but we made do. The View and the cows made it worth it all, it was wonderful!

Love this cabin

Absolutely love this cabin it's quiet and private which we love it is on a gravel road so don't be considered about your car staying clean there's no cable or wifi it wasn't a big deal to us and we loved the cows

Perfect Remote Retreat

We enjoyed the views, wildlife and occasional visits from the cattle. A perfect escape from the ordinary while being convenient to anything you wanted to do in the surrounding areas. We will be back 😊

What a great cabin!!

My wife and I adore this property!! we loved waking up to the fantastic view every morning. The road is gravel and a little steep but we like the privacy it affords. The bathroom could use some attention and a little more attention to cleaning detail, but it would not stop us from visiting again.
