Garbage can liners were missing.. when supplied, they were a good size but wimpy. Fell apart. Otherwise, room was fine. Adding a chair that does not roll like the desk chair would be helpful and add to the safety, especially if there are two adults in the accessible room. No where to sit for one of the people! I walk with a cane or walker... need a chair!

Staff was nice. Room was mostly clean. Some dust here and there. I found the lack of an elevator was very inconvenient. The hot tub was under maintenance one day, but I received a text message from the hotel saying as much. That was appreciated. Overall it was a good experience.
