Enjoy Vermont from this newly constructed, beautiful one bedroom apartment overlooking a lush meadow with west-facing panoramic views of Mount Mansfield and Camel's Hump.

At Loomis Meadow, you are centrally located between downtown Stowe & Waterbury. Burlington & the Mad River Valley Ski Areas are an easy 30-min drive.

In this house, we believe black lives matter, love is love, no human is illegal.

This apartment sits above our 2 car garage. It has a private entrance and reserved parking for one car. You must be able to climb stairs. Apartment overlooks beautiful Loomis Meadow and sweeping views of the Green Mountains--from iconic Camel's Hump to Mount Mansfield. The perfect place to relax after a day of recreating or exploring all of our local attractions.

It has a living area with full kitchen (induction electric stove, small refrigerator, fully equipped for cooking, microwave, coffee, everything you need). Mini-split heating units provide air conditioning and heat.

Separate bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower only (no tub), washer & dryer in-unit. Wi-Fi and smart TV with streaming for videos and entertainment. All completely new and sparkling clean.

Private external door to the upstairs unit and private door to the apartment. A personal vehicle is required to get to this location. Public transportation, including ride-share services, are extremely limited in this area.

Host lives in the main house and is available to assist you at any time.

Off the beaten path
This was a wonderful restful place to stay for a few nights while we visited our son in Waterbury. We were close to Stowe, where we skied, close to Montpelier, which we explored one day, and minutes from the village of Waterbury, where we enjoyed several great restaurants with our son, but when we returned to this lovely place, we were away from it all with a beautiful view, comfy bed, and useful kitchen. The washer and dryer came in handy after a muddy hike. It was so easy to find and get in that we never actually met Sandy. Maybe in the future, because I do hope to come here again next time we visit. Don't hesitate to book.

Amazing Vermont getaway!
Everything you could want for a weekend or longer stay: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, comfy bed and amazing views. Stowe was about 20 minutes away. Sandy was easy to contact and it was one of the most positive VRBO experiences we have had.

Loomis Meadows was Lovely!
We had a lovely visit. We arrived and everything was sparkling clean. It was even better than advertised as there were a few extras that we did not expect! Coffee was provided along with oil vinegar some spices water shampoo Etc the unit was organized and not cluttered with just the right amount of everything needed to have a comfortable stay.

A lovely property with the beautiful view as promised! Very comfortable and spacious! Everything we needed. This property is better than listed, feels brand new, and is close to town. It was quiet and relaxing! Also, outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location
The property was immaculately clean and the view from the windows was such a wonderful addition. The owner was wonderful about checking in periodically, although we had no trouble accessing anything or any complaints. I would absolutely stay here again.
