Apartment 'Müller Dietrich' with Private Terrace and Shared Garden

Apartment on the first floor with 60 square meters of living space. The apartment has been continuously classified DTV 3 stars since 2009 until today. Extensive renovation work was carried out in 2017 and 2018: Laminate flooring in the living area and the tiles in the kitchen renewed, bathroom newly tiled and fitted with a modern shower. Repainting in the entire apartment, partial renewal of the furniture, 12 sqm covered terrace, the apartment is barrier-free in the house entrance area there are some steps.

The vacation apartment is centrally located, 200m to the town center, 500m to Lake Constance, the scheduled boat trip and the train station, 1000m to the outdoor pool.

60sqm apartment (first floor) with terrace, living room, kitchen with basic equipment, bathroom with shower, separate bedroom with double bed, large sofa bed for 2 people, TV with digital reception, parking space for bicycles in front of the house, underground parking space, public parking lot in the immediate vicinity. The vacation apartment has been classified with three stars by the German Tourism Association for an occupancy of 3 persons since July 2009.
