Clean rooms, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast in a neighborhood that had incredible restaurant options. It was a perfect location for catching a game at Capital One Arena or taking the train to other area tourist spots. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends for business or pleasure trips to DC.

My recent stay was deeply disappointing. During checkout, I encountered an older light-skinned Black gentleman at the front desk whose behavior was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. He showed no willingness to assist, and his unprofessional conduct left a particularly negative impression. The condition of the room added to the poor experience. The space felt outdated, was not properly cleaned, and had an unpleasant odor. For the price paid, the overall quality was far below reasonable expectations. Based on this stay, I cannot recommend this property to others. The combination of unacceptable customer service and substandard room conditions makes it difficult to justify the cost. This is my honest and candid review of the experience.
