As Hilton Honors members we never received the complimentary waters. Which would have been nice when we arrived. Also we had no hot water to shower the first day after check in. Breakfast was good but was not replenished enough for the amount of people eating.

the heater in our room was so noisy that I had to keep a pillow over my head to cut the noise. My room key stopped working many times. The staff gave us our room key upon checking in. We opened the door of our room and there were adults "having fun" in our bed. .Fix the heater & train staff to be friendly & helpful. Fix the room key situation.

The amenities were provided as promised. However, the hotel is situated in an area known for loud police chases in the middle of the night. The staff was kind to let us change to a room not facing the street. Try to get a room that doesn't face the street to lessen the noise.

The staff at the reception desk while Checking in and checking out were unfriendly. Checking in the girl was more interested in the people beside us than us and checking out the man in the mask was about as friendly as a wet face cloth. He didn’t ask how the stay was or how the room was, nothing. When I asked about getting our cases looked after for a few hours he simply pointed to the doorman who was fine.

What a terrible hotel you put us into. The worse part of it was the staff, they truly treat us with disrespect, terrible employees. The bathroom was faulty and full of noises. Terrible breakfast. We even had to clean up ourselves. Expedia should know their clients and not let us stay in such bad environments.

My studio room was great for what I wanted. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would have preferred to see washable crockery and cutlery rather than disposable though. Nice gym too.
