Ice makers not working on each floor. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR AND IT TOOK FOREVER EACH TIME!!! Construction at the main entrance and they were GRINDING SOMETHING DURING BREAKFAST WHICH WAS DISTURBING!!! No hot water until the end of the shower 😣!!! Trash pickup at 6am was a huge echo of noise!

Property was advertised to be a convention center hotel which it is NOT. They claim to have a bar and restaurant onsite, NON-EXISTENT! Staff was rude, shower was cold, and room was dusty. This was no even okay for a one night stay.

The manager facilitated early check in when a room was available. Close to the Washington convention center. Breakfast had good variety and staff was very attentive to keeping everything clean and stocked. Room was clean, fresh smelling and comfortable.

I had unpleasant stay at hampton inn Washington. I always chose hampton Inn or Hilton properties when I travel. This is my 4th time with Hilton in various cities. Always had good experience and stay. But this time was not good. I was thinking about getting a diamond membership. I am gonna rethink now. Thanks. I could have booked a different one.
