The stay was okay, just not the level of Hyatt House I am used to. The staff is friendly and resolves the issues you might have. But the thing is, I would prefer not to have those issues to begin with. It's the little things, like the WiFi that doesn't connect, and the coffee pods that are mostly decaf (and I don't drink decaf), and the fridge that did not work and as it turned out, there is a button inside it that need to be pressed to make it start working. The breakfast was tasty. However, the variety of food options can be significantly increased.
