Room was spotless and very comfortable. Sheets were a pain because they didnt fit but house keeping made the bed every day so it wasnt a terrible experience. If youre the type of traveler that used a dresser/drawers, rooms come with very little storage space so youll be living out of a suitcase. Daytime front desk staff were so friendly, theres a guy that works overnight that is lacking in the personality department. But overall the stay was great.

Breakfast options were MINIMAL. $60 for 2 egg options, cereal, and yogurt. Sheets and towels had holes in them. Ice machine didn't work and was brought up ice once.. other than that, had to go to the bar. Check in was a breeze, Trevor was super polite and professional. Milton at the social club made us feel like we attend often by remembering our names and treating to a glass of champagne for my bday. Overall, centrally located and food options were accessible. $90 for valet is crazy, but in the corner parking lot was way more financially fiscal.

Beautiful corner room with an amazing view and the staff were very helpful and nice at the front desk. Nice room overall I just had issues with my shower water not fully shutting off so it was repeatedly having water sounds/dripping coming from the bathroom. It didn't bother me too much but probably just a small issue with the valve. I also didn't like the breakfast. It was about $22 with a poor selection with barely anything adequate beyond boiled eggs and some fruit and a few pastries. So, I ended up going somewhere else. I do recommend the rooftop. It was definitely a vibe, and the food was pretty decent with good drinks. Overall, I would stay again, it wasn't too expensive and still a nice place to stay.

I stayed at the AC Marriott recently and had an overall decent experience. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the room was comfortable enough for a short stay. The location was convenient, and check-in was fairly smooth. That said, there were a few minor inconveniences that kept the stay from being exceptional. Some amenities felt limited, and there were small issues in the room that could use better attention to detail. While not deal-breakers, they did impact the overall comfort. The staff was courteous and helpful when concerns were raised, which I appreciated. Overall, the AC Marriott met basic expectations, but with a few improvements, it could provide a much better guest experience.

Clean room very friendly and helpful staff. Some disappointing things that rooftop restaurant that showed as available online and in info on TV not open We were most impressed by the friendliness of the staff in the breakfast and dining area And the Valet helpers. I think there might be a lesson learned from our experience at the arena and the Bocelli concert where we were turned out into a very cold night along with possibly 1000 other people who were seeking their Uber drivers this was a dangerous situation as nothing was open where you could go ahead and warm yourself and the Uber drivers were often unable to speak English. We learned that in this situation, you must walk two or three blocks away to secure an Uber that can find you and you can find them . I’m not sure if a hotel can get into the business of warning. They’re out of town and guess about the situation or not but it’s something to think about. people that did the valet work
