Beautiful home in Zerpenschleuse

In the green north of Brandenburg, between Waser and meadow, lies the harbor village Zerpenschleuse. This beautiful Scandinavian-style house is just a short walk from the sport boat harbor, where you even have a private boat mooring. The vacation home offers enough space for 6 people. The lovingly selected furnishings reflect the surroundings and emphasize the natural character.



There are two separate bedrooms, on the open gallery the sofa bed (1.50 x 3.00) offers two additional sleeping places. Here you can enjoy the view through the large panoramic windows. In the living area there is a fireplace for cozy, contemplative hours. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator in combination with freezer and water & ice dispenser for the hot days. Even a small washing machine is ready in case of emergency or an unintentional mishap. Furthermore, there is a TV in all rooms. In the living and kitchen area this has been upgraded with a sound bar.



The telecom connection provides fast internet access with high performance. On the TV you can access with their own access data, for example, Netflix or Amazon, etc.. Playing, surfing and home office is thus possible.



On the terrace you can start sunny days with a shared breakfast. There is also a barbecue, so you can eat at the end of the day and enjoy the view together. For the particularly hot days, air conditioning and fan are available in the house.

The harbor with the house's jetty also allows for nice water excursions, as there are several paddling or boat rental stations in the area.



Even in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room after a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests. The stove brings cozy warmth and a cozy place for the whole family.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 89.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
