Hot tub not working, and no discount offered. Stayed at this hotel for a 2-day, weekend to relax in the hot tub, would not allow us to check out early after realizing it would not be fixed. Hotel staff said that the amenities offered by the hotel don't increase the price for the room. Then staff blamed us for not booking directly through them as the reason for not offering a discount or early departure. Really disappointed in the staff's lack of concern and excuses. Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay.

Check in was very efficient and quick. Umaru (the desk employee that checked me in) was extremely friendly and informative. He not only checked me in, he gave me a lot of valuable information about the Fargo area. The room was very spacious and clean (although my room could have used a new shower curtain) and met all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Nice Family Hotel

Pros: Clean, bright, family & pet friendly...grandchildren and 3 year old black lab all far from home for the first time...felt comfortable and safe.
Cons: While still comfortable, room and pool smaller than the pictures make them appear. Would have chosen a different room type if the pics had been real.
Location: Great location off I-94 just a couple blocks from Red River Zoo. Youth ice rink, Curling club, Pizza Ranch just across the street.
Thank you for making our first trip away from home with two grandchildren and a large dog a wonderful experience! Loved the hours the Hot Breakfast was served; plenty of hot fresh food from start to finish. I travel often for work and typically have to get up with the birds in order to get something to eat before they run out.

This was an excellent hotel .

Pros: The room size, it was clean , it has a nice kitchen area in your room and a great breakfast downstairs in the morning.
Location: Great location
This hotel is amazing. We will be returning for sure.
