Hilton needs to improve this hotel

Arrived on a Friday afternoon – I was very disappointed in the so called “restaurant” - the menu is very limited and not a whole lot of healthy selections. My dinner order came with a bowl of fruit, which was rotten - literally. The waitress exchanged it for another bowl of other fruit and stated this was fresh. I would question their food safety conditions. Had breakfast and ordered from the menu again, but the food was still below par. The snack area that the hotel provides did not offer any healthy choices, mostly sweets. The room air conditioner control did not function – it was set at 72 and could not be adjusted. The bathroom has a barn door, which does not close all the way, and is very, very hard to open and close, thus did not allow for privacy. Expected better from this hotel, considering the price of a stay.

A very safe quiet place just outside of downtown Waco. We were able to park our uhaul trailer there in the parking lot and was well protected. Friendly staff throughout the entire hotel!
