This property is impressive! I have traveled extensively, and this is my favorite hotel ever! I was concerned that it would be loud being so close to the airport, but it was silent and dark! It is so convenient from the airport with a 5-minute walk on a covered, lit pathway. Check-in was simple and easy with a wonderful, friendly assistant. We had a king-size room and the bed was as comfortable and cozy as my own. The i-pad controlled lights and features were easy and fun. I honestly can't wait to stay again!

This was my first time at a citizenM hotel and it is unique! I was initially a bit put off by having to register myself into the hotel. Call it first time shock. But frankly, the process was easy and when I have a subsequent opportunity there will be no "shock". You might say the hotel is "quirky" - the little sayings, the stuffed doll, the color scheme. But that made it fun. I want to note that at "check-in" and -out, there was staff handy to help answer my questions. I'd stay at this or another citizenM again! (ps. above I noted that it was "walkable', indeed it was a short walk from the Schiphol Airport. That was an advantage.

This hotel is very minimalistic. No frills, basic needs only. The staff was all very friendly, professional and helpful. Very convenient location to the airport. The hotel room is extremely small. You better like the person in it very well ; )
