This spacious condo boasts an open floor plan, stylish decor, and plenty of seating for all your guests to relax and enjoy. Each room is equipped with a TV, and you'll find a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience, along with complimentary WiFi access, a Graco Pack 'N Play, and all the essential amenities for a stress-free vacation!

The comfortable living area is bright and inviting—perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach. With generous seating and a TV, you can watch your favorite family movies or catch up on the day’s news with our premium cable service. The open floor plan keeps everyone engaged, including the family chef, in the conversation and fun! The kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, along with plenty of basic cookware and mealware for preparing local seafood favorites. Don't forget to explore one of the many local farms just minutes away! For a quick bite, enjoy the breakfast bar with stools or the full-size dining table in the adjoining dining area.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable! To top it off, we provide beach items in two convenient locations. The garage-level storage closet is stocked with beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a cart to carry it all to the sand. It’s spacious enough to store all your beach gear and conveniently located right by your car and beach access, so you won’t have to carry everything back upstairs!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
