Dog-friendly duplex/condo unit with fully fenced yard; and 3 steps to entryway, 3 BR(2 queens, 2 Twins); stay and play available for infant children. Under the guest column please tell is how many adults and children are coming, and slide the tab over to blue if your bringing your pet dog, pet fee is $30 per night, if you do t see the blue tab just let us know you are bringing your pet and we will send you info on the pet fee. 2 indoor bathrooms, one is a full bath, the other in the master is a half bath, plus private outdoor shower with hot and cold water(turned off in winter months), stocked with all cooking supplies, pots,pans, silverware, toaster, barware, Kuerig coffee maker, , kitchen table seats 4, new central air conditioning, Internet with Roku Tv, no local channels or cable, so bring for firestick, washer/dryer; iron/board. 50" flat screen smart TV.

Only approx 264 foot steps to direct public beach access ; semi private beach compared to Virginia Beach boardwalk beach.

We welcome your dogs, they are allowed on the beach on leash anytime before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day. During the summer season your dog can still enjoy the beach before 10am or after 6 pm always keep them on leash. Unit has nice front yard area, completely enclosed with fencing, and grass🐕, Rear area is also fenced in and private and mostly just sand, large shade tree in back for shade and all the leaves you want to take home with yo, under the guest section column please tell us how many adult are coming and how many children, and if your bringing your pet dog slide the tab to the right so we know a dog is on the property


Parking is on the side of unit off of Atlantic Ave, enough parking for 2 full size cars, or you may pull forward to the fence and “ stack “ small cars.

There is a locking storage shed for securing your bicycles if need also.

Location is convenient to Ft Story , just 12 blocks away, Virginia Marine Science Museum, First Landing state park is just a few blocks away, great place to ride a bike and a nice beach for kids, Boardwalk is a short 30 blocks away, Rudy Inlet is a short drive to charter a boat for fishing or dolphin watching, plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Owners live locally.

Walking distance from the rental to the boardwalk is 2.4 miles, walking on the beach.

Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, are approx 45 min away.
