This is my home away from home, but this was not a good stay. I was put into a terrible room. The door was really hard to open. I had to keep going to the office for a key. I didn’t like push the door in because it was just so hard to sit and open. I actually got locked in the bathroom because that door was messed up, and I tried to cook myself some baked potatoes in the oven and thought I was gonna set the place on fire. The oven was smoking so badly that I was told the fire department was called so yeah this was not my best stay here but I do love this place and I will continue to stay here and just get another room

The reception staff were attentive. The breakfast was always replenished and the area was clean. The only issue was that the kitchen utensils were missing in the room, and the food disposer was leaking water when used. Otherwise, I had a great stay with my family! The area is truly wonderful, close to Walmart and great shopping malls.

Staff was great!! We let the girl know in the morning about the door and how it was very drafty and the furnace ran all know because of this. Otherwise it was a great visit and may be back if we are in the area again!!

Breakfast poor. Housekeeping service nonexistent over 8 days even when explicitly asked for and promised. A run around when I asked for a plunger. Poor noise control. It sounded like a herd of elephants from the room above. Did they put amplifiers in the floor? I'll never stay there again.
