Bienvenido a nuestro bien equipado loft de estudio de patrimonio de la costa oeste en el corazón del centro de Victoria. Este es un lugar especial para llamar hogar, ya que se considera uno de los edificios más históricos de Victoria. Este magnífico edificio fue construido en 1896 y recientemente fue modernizado para convertirse en lofts de estilo boutique. Nuestro espacio cuenta con ladrillos a la vista, techos altos y una encantadora sensación de la costa oeste. ¡Estamos a solo unos pasos del puerto, fantásticos restaurantes, elegantes boutiques, cafeterías de moda, sitios históricos y divertidas actividades acuáticas! ¡Disfruta de estar en el centro de todo y relájate con la comodidad de poder caminar a todas partes! Nuestro espacio es cálido, luminoso y acogedor. Tenemos un sofá que se convierte en una cama extra y ofrecemos ropa de cama súper cómoda para dormir bien. Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada para que pueda preparar comidas y suministrarle café local :) Nuestro loft está frente al tranquilo patio que brinda privacidad y tranquilidad por la noche. El patio de la azotea es una visita obligada! ¡Hay vistas panorámicas de la ciudad, las montañas y el puerto, perfectas para tomar el sol!

West Coast Heritage Studio Loft

Great location. The loft was comfortable, included all kitchen appliances and a supply of coffee beans, as well as a washer and dryer. Very close to the water. Easy walking distance to the harbour, to restaurants and other amenities.

Great location, rooftop deck

This apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the wharf and harbour, restaurants and shops. It's not fancy though clean and functional. The highlight is the rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where we sat, sipped drinks and enjoyed the sunset and city lights. Also felt very secure. Highly recommend.

Very well located modern loft.

You can simply walk to most of the Victoria attractions in the downtown core. Like all major cities in Canada and the US, downtown has the usual distractions. But we have never felt unsafe. This is a well appointed newer loft in a reclaimed historic building. The residential units are double secured. There are quite a number of unique boutiques and restaurants in the neighborhood. And of course China Town, which is the oldest surviving China Town in North America (the original China Town in San Francisco was burnt down in the great fire there). One thing you need to be careful with: the bathroom floor mat is slippery. We highly recommend this rental for a weekend or longer stay.

Downtown Flat on Yates

The flat is great and presented in a friendly, modern and easy-going design. Kitchen v well equipped with modern appliances, coffee, tea, oil and spices were also provided. Nice touch! Communication with owners/managers sometimes cumbersome: not always clear how to get in touch with whom. E.g. elevator was defect since Friday and remained so until Monday, had to lift heavy luggage (round-the-world trip) down the stairs which are in the neighbouring building. Both washer and dryer were filled with rags and towels, obviously this flat is used by cleaners for doing laundry of many other flats? Overall, I would have welcomed some brighter light as the flat is pretty dark.

The apartment was great, no complaints there - clean, central, comfortable. I didn't appreciate having to go 3 blocks both to pick up and return the key. I also don't think that, when one pays a cleaning fee, that one should be expected to strip the bed and take out the garbage. For this reason, I will choose a mid-range hotel next time.

A great stay, place and location!

One comment though considering check out time, which is strictly at 10am and on the earlier side of most check -out times.. It was pouring rain and our ferry was not till later. We asked if any chance to check out after 10 am but was not possible. Also Co - host requires to strip sheets, dispose of garbage plus drop off the key at key cafe which had us rush for an extra 20- 30 minutes for what is already a rushed check out! I would suggest to either change check out time to later than 10am or don't ask guests to do these chores!

Fun studio apartment with great location

Very nice place to come back to after a day of work or activities. Close to many popular attractions Downton and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hope to be back soon!

Fabulous location

What a great stay! It has the BEST location with tons of restaurants, shops, and the wharf only a short walk away. I think our favorite part was the rooftop patio…great spot to watch the sunset. Would love to stay here again!

Nice small Victoria apartment.

Property was small but well maintained. It was nicely equipped including having a small portable fan that came in handy on the warmer days. I think the check in instructions could have been more detailed. It was not clear how to use the fob to get through the gate and into the building. Also the code to actually open the apartment door should be put after the fob instructions. Not at the beginning of the instructions where I missed it.

Fantastic location and stylish comfortable suite

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was wonderful - clean, quiet, secure and well looked after. The location could not have been better for a central spot in the heart of town. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful. We will recommend to friends and hope to return.

Great Location

This property has a great location in the middle of downtown Victoria. All kinds of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. Well known Victoria landmarks all within easy walking. The low rise nature, and historic past, of the building gives the unit more personality than many new apartments in high rise buildings. The unit would be ideal for one person --- two people are manageable. Only one window to the exterior so views are limited.

Long Weekend Getaway!!

We absolutely loved this little loft for our long weekend. It was right downtown which made it so easy to get around the city. We walked everywhere so we were able to take breaks at the loft when we needed to. The location has great access to numerous local restaurants and bars. Our only negative comment is that the bed wasn’t very comfy. Other than that, we highly recommend this adorable loft!
