Simple clean room in a private house. Pleasant Hosts. Extremely easy access to northbound Patricia Bay Hwy. Slightly convoluted but quick access southbound. Far enough from the Hwy to have no noise. Nice place to stay if you just need a reasonably priced room and you are going to be out exploring or working and eating in restaurants.

Was listed on VRBO which are unoccupied vacation rental. This was one master bedroom. I was intending to share with nephew and cook all of meals on vacation. I found a hotel with a kitchenette. I didn’t stay at this property with the owners home and a 2nd bedroom sold to another stranger A very unsafe environment for a woman traveling alone to visit her nephew in Victoria.

The largest disappointment with the property is that it was not clear that this was a room within a house with a shared space; therefore my expectation was not aligned. Unfortunately the connection between Expedia and VRBO does not work properly and alerts and communications did not make it through between me and the host.
