The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It opens directly to the outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and features a private modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet—ensuring full privacy and comfort. Outside, a private pool with a sun deck invites you to relax. Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, and shade from the pergola and lounge area, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy summer evenings under the stars at the barbecue and garden pavilion. The olive grove is ideal for peaceful walks, and the surrounding area offers hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby, the picturesque village of Vicopisano offers medieval charm, and cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and Siena are within easy reach. Tenuta del Serra is more than a holiday villa: it’s a place to relax, connect, and experience Tuscany at its finest. A utilities & service fee of EUR 300,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
