I used this same property often when visiting Vicksburg. The front desk/receptionist (Trisha) was kind, friendly and extremely helpful getting me checked in and situated. She asked me several times... can I get you anything. Highly recommend this property when in the Vicksburg area.

We were given a room in the front of the hotel. There is a Hwy in front so you can hear loud trucks. I would recommend requesting a room in the back of the hotel if you wish to sleep in a bit.

Recently renovated and when we first came through last week, the reno crew had blue tape everywhere. That's not a negative comment as it had no effect on or stay, just an observation. On our return trip, all cleaned up (5 days later). Staff support was excellent and room met our expectations. Had a Happy Hour too which don't see all that often anymore. Good location too!

Nice place

Very nice newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. My only complaints would be the very thick tall pillows and the thin scratchy towels. Otherwise, great place. Breakfast included waffles, bacon and eggs, yogurt, etc.

There was a lot of renovations happening. After a morning out I came back to room and they were working on several rooms on my floor. Nap was a little noisy. The next morning I was woken up by someone trying to get into my room. There was no knocking just someone talking loudly and trying to open the door. If it wasn’t for the door guard in place he could have walked in. The lady from housekeeping was very nice and apologized but the man wanted to know my last name because whoever he was on the phone with said there was no one in my room. I told him I check out today at 11:00 and closed the door.

The property was clean. It was in the midst of a renovation. We chose it because it has a pool and I wanted my children to have something to do in the evening. It was closed for renovations. We were not notified until we were ready to use it. The AC in our first room was not working at all—likely due to renovations. We were given another room where it was working. The breakfast was good!
