A comfortable 45-square-meter apartment overlooking the inner courtyard, located on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator (one step to access it), which can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. <br><br>The apartment is located in Ponte degli Angeli, right in the heart of Vicenza, just a short walk from major tourist attractions such as the Teatro Olimpico and Parco Querini. <br><br>The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.<br><br><br><br>The space <br><br>The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator (one step to access it). <br><br><br><br>The layout is as follows: <br><br>- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), single sofa bed, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony; <br><br>- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony; <br><br>- BATHROOM (inside the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine; <br><br>- BALCONY with two armchairs and a small table. <br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), walk-in closet/storage closet, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom.<br><br><br><br>Guest access <br><br>The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br><br><br>Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment.<br><br><br><br>Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the smart lock on-site.
