My family absolutely loved this property. The owners make it very easy to find and they were in constant communication with me before my trip. It is very close to the water taxi stop and only an 8 minute walk to the Grand Canal. The location was perfect. We were very please with our stay and highly recommend this property.

My wife, myself and our five children enjoyed the few nights we stayed here very much. The Rialto is very close. Food, shops and vendors are pretty much right outside your door. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will book again in the future.

The apartment was perfectly located; close to everything. Great size for our group, quite spacious. The only downside was no coffee machine was provided in kitchen. This place was incredibly poor. The air conditioning in one room was so weak that the room temperature was around 30c. We had to move mattresses from one room to the main one due to the heat. There is mold on every wall. The place is old, but this did not factor into the score. The WiFi was incredibly slow compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. Overall terrible experience all around.
