The hotel was located close to the bus and train station that will easily take you anywhere you want to go. The room was clean and spacious with the basics provided and a functioning kitchenette. Hotel has a washer and dryer on site that you can use but must go through the front desk first to be able to get tokens for use which to me is a small inconvenience vs walking outside to a separate laundromat. Staff are all welcoming and great. A little tricky to get to at night using google maps especially if you take a wrong turn. We had a not so pleasant hike by the highway with our luggage but that isn't the hotel's fault...we did let them know about it.

Very very conveniently located next to the train station. Quick train over to Venice. Affordable. Fair breakfast for a $13 purchase Only complaints were the shower did drain efficiently. The tap water came out brown for the first 10 seconds.. then corrected. And the sheets (3rd layer / Bottom layer) had stains all over them.. Other than that great stay. People at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Helped save me money on parking. Thank you

Clean comfortable room, good location to stay at if you don’t want to be in Venice. Walking distance to the train station and big grocery store. Had washer and dryer for €5 each per load, which is handy. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you are transiting in Venice or want somewhere more affordable. The hotel is 2 mins from Mestre train station which connects to other cities and is only 10mins from Venice itself.

If you are coming from the bus or train station, there's a path you can take that takes you from the back of the hotel. I noticed this on the way back. Its alot quicker and the concrete is smoother to glide your luggage easier.
