Be one of the first to stay in this cozy, beach house vacation rental in Venice, FL located just ten minutes from the beach.
The home has been fully renovated and equipped with modern amenities. An open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring. The living room has comfortable furniture with plenty of room for your whole group to lounge. It features a huge 65' smart TV connected with tons of free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.
The kitchen is the hub of the home. The space is lit by tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.
The private back yard is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a privacy fence featuring a fire pit.
The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. The primary Bedroom has new, high-quality king mattresses, and the guest room has two twins. There is also a queen sized air mattress for some last minute guests. Your stay includes the softest bed linens and towels. The primary bedroom as well as the guest room has TV with Roku which has tons a free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.
The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Not only is it only ten minutes from the beach, but also endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options; we're happy to provide suggestions upon request. Well-managed property

Happy with the rental overall. In particular, we found it to be well managed. Host was highly responsive and accommodating. Most of the little things we wanted were in the rental in sufficient supply (ie. kitchen tools, linens, etc). The “house rules” are very reasonable in my perspective. The communication, responsiveness, organization and execution of rental business and requests was excellent. As the person organizing the trip this saved me guess work and time/energy that enabled me to enjoy myself more with the short vacation, so I appreciated that level of service.
