The hotel was so close to St Marks Square, and the roof top bar and restaurant had the best view! We had a delicious dinner right outside on the water, watching the gondolas ride by. Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location it’s a great property easy to get around right outside with tons of water transportation access to all around. The room is basic and one thing to note the shower is a box - so is very very tight. Staff was nice and service prompt. There is a tour to Murano offered for free, but honestly, it’s more like a hook to try to get you to buy their glassware.

Hotel was ideally located near St. Mark's Square. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean but very dark as it faced inner courtyard -- so did not correspond to any of the well-lit photos on Expedia. Additionally, leaky toilet was not fixed even though mentioned to the staff. Overall, a very good experience, with the caveats noted.

The location of this lovely hotel is perfect for exploring all of Venice. We loved the water views, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and included breakfast. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Stephano in particular helped us with water taxi and restaurant bookings months in advance via email. They were all awesome, but Stephano especially stood out. Hotel was great, very clean, great housekeeping, convenient elevator, great full breakfast, and at a great location for seeing St. Marks, Doges palace, Caffe Florian, vaparretto , restaurants, all within a short couple of minutes walk. Private dock for water taxi (which was great for our 3am pickup). Would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Venice. A
