Located in the heart of Giudecca Island, a short walk from the famous Harry's Dolci and from the Cipriani Hotel Easy access to the best city attractions (15 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 20 minutes from Rialto) is ideal for those looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Place for connoisseurs.

This 120 qm apartment develops on the top floors of upscale development next to the Hilton Stucky hotel. It was entirely designed by the disciples of the famous architect Carlo Scarpa. Completely built in wood with custom-designed furniture, is comfortable and elegant at the same time.

EQUIPPED WITH WI FI SERVICE

It consists of 6 rooms: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, Valentino fabrics and garden views; a guest bedroom overlooking the canal, (twin beds arrangement on request).
a dining room, furnished with antique design and curtains Valentino, overlooking the garden through three large windows; the kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, equipped with three retractable shelves for your breakfasts; one bathroom.
The lounge area is located on the top floor, with large sofas and a flat screen TV, can accommodate up to twelve people; From here, looking out, you can enjoy the beautiful view on the island of Giudecca Mark square.
CAUTION: The staircase leading to the lounge area is open on one side. Consider it if you have small children.
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, which is rather rare in all of Venice!
If you have children, they will be happy to have fun in the beautiful garden and relax in the beautiful lounge area.
The garden, with concierge service from 9. 00 to 21. 00, is one of the largest in the city, well-kept and quiet.

Best thing is location

Close to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. Waterbus station handy. For seniors or anyone with mobility issues this is quite a walk from the Waterbus and the stairs over a canal which we didn't find mentioned in the property description. As well the unit is two storied as mentioned but no A/C in upper Story. During our stay the temperature was in the high 20's making the loft unusable. The A/C units are portable so uncapable of proper cooling. The unit is showing its age with ancient appliances looking like something from the 1950's. Our sense is that it didn't meet the VRBO standards we are used to experiencing.

Situé un peu à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville c'est parfait pour découvrir un quartier authentique. Très bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé avec plein de commerces à proximité.

Schöne Tage in Venedig/Guidecca

Wer es ruhig liebt kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig an einem Seitenkanal auf Guidecca. Man hat nach innen einen sehr schönen und sehr ruhigen Innenhof und nach außen eben hauptsächlich das Schnattern der Enten in dem Seitenkanal. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr gut. Man sollte noch anmerken das die Einrichtung grundsätzlich zwar einmal sehr hochwertig war, aber aus den 60er/70ern stammt. Insbesondere das Bad hätte hier ein paar Verbesserungen verdient. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, der Wohnraum großzügig bemessen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden den Sprung über den Guidecca Kanal immer wie in eine andere Welt. Auf der Hauptinsel ein ziemliches (touristisches) Treiben und hier eben eher beschauliches italienisches Dorf. Wir fanden das sehr gut.
