This is a great hotel in a nice quiet village close to both Venice and Padua. Very classy, comfortable rooms with modern amenities and delicious breakfast. This was a beautiful hotel very convenient for the ferry parking lot into Venice . Ferry terminal is approximately 20 minutes away. The staff was incredible and quite helpful. Restaurant on site was perfect. The breakfast spread was more than satisfactory. We got 2 rooms and the only issue in need of improvement is an AC- the rooms are spacious with a very high ceiling. You need a car since the hotel is located in a village far from stores or restaurants. Excellent stay !

This is a superb property just outside Venice. Location is ideal for either a train into Venice or to drive to the Park & Ride. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and could quickly accommodate our request for a change in bed configuration. It is in a quiet suburb and breakfast on the terrace was very relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the best cappuccino we have had in Italy! The suite was spacious, air conditioned, immaculate and well maintained. The photos in the listing do not do justice to this Venetian hotel and it definitely deserves its excellent rating.
