The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. On top of that, a pool table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool which is available year-round, a garden, 3 open terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located 1.3 km from a supermarket, 3 km from a number of beach bars and 6 km from a Carrefour shopping centre. Furthermore, Rincón de la Victoria is just a 10-minute drive away.

A parking space is available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet (max. 15 kg) is allowed for a fee. A later check-out is possible for a fee. Parties and/or events are not allowed. Please note that the pool can be used at night as long as the volume is kept low (playing music is only allowed until 11 pm).
