Rent a house in the Palmar beach, 50 meters from the beach
Fully fenced guaranteeing privacy and tranquility; with garden, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The house is situated in a privileged location, right on the beach just walk 50 meters from the sea. The interior is decorated with taste and liking for a feeling of relaxation and comfort. The living room has a comfortable sofa and furniture in wrought iron, the bedrooms one double with double bed and the other with two single beds and each has cabinets and ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and everything needed. From the terrace you can see the sea and there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the sound of the sea enjoying an unforgettable sunset. The lawn area with barbecue tables and chairs and outdoor shower.
The house is located just 5 km from the beautiful city of 'Conil de la Frontera' and 'Trafalgar lighthouse', 15 km from the monumental populations 'Medina Sidonia' and 'Vejer de la Frontera' near the cities of Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Arcos. And Seville which is connected by highway, 150 miles away.
The house is located in a quiet a few meters from restaurants, bars and supermarkets instead. The ideal place to leave your car in those days instead.
An ideal place where stroll along the white sand is a unique sensation while enjoying sunsets and sunsets, if in addition you love water sports or like to contemplate is the ideal location as it is a suitable area surfing etc.

Excellent position and very helpful Manager
This apartment is situated a really short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. It is fairly basic and perhaps could do with updating, but we were happy there. The lounger chairs as pictured were not there. The other visitors to the area were mostly much younger than us. There were lots of water sports available. The nearby beach was lovely, plenty of room to socially distance and soft golden sand. The onsite Manager of the property went out of her way to be helpful when we had a problem with our car. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Tout était correct sauf instructions pour y arriver en espagnol seulement. Quelqu’un devait etre sur place pour nous donner la clé mais la personne n’y etait pas! Donc arrivée très difficile Sinon propre, bien situé sur le bord de la mer

LA PLAYA DEL PALMAR
El Palmar es una garantía, es una playa fantástica y se está de maravilla allí. Dicho esto, este alojamiento necesita que se invierta dinero tanto en mobiliario, enseres y sobre todo en en limpieza. Sinceramente no es un apartamento que te "invite" a quedarte allí una tarde de levante. La ubicación es buena, pero el aparcamiento puede llegar a ser un suplicio.
