Family trip to Vasto

We stayed at The Factory of St.Peter Vasto for a 4 night family stay and must say it was amazing. The rooms are exactly as depicted. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and showers in each room. Roof top patio is very nice with great city and Adriatic views. Kitchen on top floor is fully serviced with fridge, induction stove, coffee machine and all the items necessary. A few observations. The location is amazing. Basically in the heart of town. Not near the beach but after staying I think I like that better. We drive down to the beach for a beach day and I line having all the amenities within walking distance instead. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and sight seeing within mere blocks of the B and B. Even a small indoor farmers market right next door. The coffee/Pasteur shop where you receive your breakfast is a short walk from the residence and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great little park close by with a playground for small ones. Our whole family stayed in the entire unit. Our father stayed in the ground floor unit as his mobility is a little reduced and the numerous stairs to the other room, top floor kitchen and roof top patio would have been a lot for him. The main floor room worked perfectly for him. The rest of us really enjoyed the roof top patio. I would highly recommend staying at The Factory. If (when) we return to Vasto, I will certainly stay again (and look forward to returning to our new favorite restaurant La Pergola - a MUST!)

Schöner Aufenthalt jedoch mit anderen Erwartungen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vasto. Es ist eine tolle Altstadt mit ganz viel Charme. Das B&B ist liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr modern. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp und lief problemlos. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet und ist in Ordnung.Missverständlich ist aber die Anzeige hier. Man denkt, man bucht eine Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern. Dem ist aber nicht so. Wir haben zu viert ein Schlafzimmer mit Schlafsofa bekommen, welches für zwei Teenager sehr eng war. Es war alles in einem Raum. Das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Also für zwei Personen ist es perfekt aber als Familie mit großen Kindern zu eng.
