As you step inside, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting living space designed with your comfort in mind. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere.

The living room features 2 big sofas to host big families, a flat-screen TV, large windows that allow natural light to flood the space, and a side nook with extra seating available.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're a seasoned chef or prefer to keep it simple, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests. Excellent home in Vancouver

The home was recently renovated with groups in mind with a really convenient layout, such as access to bathrooms from a bedroom and common area. Thw bedrooms on the ground floor and master upstairs with an office area was perfect. Main level open floor plan was great for cooking, dining and visiting. Marcus was super responsive and helpful with any issues. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Some highway noise in the morning.Lots of great touches for comfort, well stocked kitchen with more than anything you need!
