Beautiful home!
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Biggest concern was getting Bobby to respond at first before my stay but after that it got better. I’d suggest fixing the towel rack in upstairs bathroom and removing stuff from garage so guests can park there since you prefer no street parking. Really a 4.5 rating for this beautiful home. My family was impressed for sure. The location was also perfect since my niece was getting married at the chapel 2 minutes up the street. Definitely recommend!

Great house after some confusion
After some challenges with communication, Bobby having thought we received check in information from VRBO but we did not, the stay was great. There was no toilet paper on check in, but Bobby sent it and other supplies quickly via instacart. More house information, like thermostat would be useful. The house was spacious and clean.

Great location - property poorly maintained
The location on Mare Island was a nice area, still some issues with homelessness, but not as bad as other locations nearby. The house had ample room for all guests, but the house itself was not well kept. There were multiple lights burned out in rooms that had no other lights in them (master closet and bedside tables and front room with the pool table ) so you could not really use them after dark. There was a garage, but no garage door opener, so it was unusable as well unless you had someone else with you. There were very few spare towels or linen, so make sure you launder them after each use. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer on site, so that was nice. The outside patio was overgrown with blackberry bramble and lots of spider webs, so just make sure you watch out when using the patio also multiple lights missing on the patio light strand, which made it unsafe to use. We did have to message our host multiple times for the check in instructions even after check in time of 4 PM. He finally sent at 6:50 PM , so not the greatest communication from the host.

GREAT FOR GROUPS!
This place is such a gem!! Driving to it you cross a beautiful bridge into a little quiet town with beautiful houses. The house itself hosted 5 couples and we each had our rooms. The downstairs open plan was perfect for us to be together and hang out. We were in town for a 10k marathon and it was about a 10 minute drive to Sonoma. The bathrooms were clean and showers were spotless. The house is clean and decorated nicely. This is a gem!!

Spacious and affordable location near Napa
The house was very spacious for 6 adults. We had a lot of room, it was clean, and it was a good location near the wineries. There is even a winery and brewery walking distance!

NO attention to detail
No toilet paper. No host welcome email until I reached out a few days before asking. I was told "that info is autosent 6 hours before checkin" No confirmation of payment. So we had to fly to east to west coast and wait to see if we would be able to checkin. Host then reached out and said they reply within an hour during day hours. IF there was a reply, took more than 24 hours.

Perfect location, house was amazing
We stayed at Bobbi's property on Mare Island for nearly 2 weeks and it was amazing. The house is large with so much space!. It has four double bedrooms upstairs and one double bedroom downstairs. There is one room with a huge ensuite and walk in dressing room, the rest share the family bathroom. There is a cloakroom downstairs. Plenty of parking/garage. Aircon The children absolutely loved the pool/ping pong table. The cues were broken when we arrived but we fix them pretty easily with some glue that we purchased. We did inform Bobbi that there were only four of each kitchen items such as mugs, plates, bowls, utensils etc So hopefully that will be rectified for the next visitors. It didn't affect us as we ate out all the time anyway. Communication initially was slow and automated through Vrbo until I messaged Bobbi directly who was then very helpful and communicative and provided all the information I needed. It was if any messages that I sent through vrbo were not actually getting to him, which was obviously not his fault. Entry and exit was was seamless, the house had everything we needed with the basics, toilet paper, towels, linen, toiletries, washing up items etc. You will need your own groceries which is to be expected, there is no store on the island so you will need to make a 5mile ish trip to the local grocery store. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay and when we come back to California I will definitely be staying here again. 5stars!

Great location on Mare Island. Parking in the evenings can be tricky if more than one vehicle. Perfect for large families or in our case friends visiting from Oregon and Arizona to attend the festival.Bobby was great at answering any and all questions.

Very cool location. House was plenty of room for 3 couples plus 3 additional guests, 9 total. The site description was accurate. Would go back again!
