The modern kitchen, completely renovated in fall 2017, is equipped with induction hobs, a large work surface, and plenty of storage space. A separate toilet with a storage area completes this level.
Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a beautiful shower column, for optimal comfort after a day of activities.
Enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a landscaped garden, a shaded terrace, garden furniture for dining or relaxing, and a private garage. The house provides access to a large shared swimming pool within the residence. It's perfectly possible to bring the sun loungers from the garden, provided they are stored away when not in use at the pool.
