The condo was dirty when we arrived—appeared unvacuumed, dirty dishes in the cupboards, kitchen floor was also dirty, and had the unwelcome guest of a mouse in the kitchen. I expressed these concerns on the first day to Vacasa, the managing company, whom responded with “is this something you want the local team to look into?” which I responded yes. They said they were making note of it and I never heard from them again during our entire 10 night stay. Very disappointed in the customer service, cleanliness, and willingness to fix a situation. We cleaned the entire place ourselves, mopped floors, and had to put all our dry goods in containers where the mouse couldn’t get to it. No one should pay to rent a place off VRBO in that condition.
