We propose to you to the rent, in Urt, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 600 m². We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : room with a double bed (140×190)
- Room 2: room with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the 1st floor :
-Bedroom 1: Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) with bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A private, unheated swimming pool open from the end of May until the end of October, the dimensions are (5 m x 10 m), minimum depth 1,30 m, maximum depth 1,80 m.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 600 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Urt, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the house
- Nearest train station : Bayonne at 22.3 km (about 22 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz-Pays Basque at 33.3 km (at about 26 minutes)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
